Richard D. Marks has over 34 years of broad based trial and litigation experience.  He continually obtains judgments in favor of his clients as well as favorable settlements.  He has extensive experience with respect to title insurance coverage, escrow and general real estate matters.  In addition, he advises title and escrow companies.  Richard has been engaged as an expert consultant and has qualified and testified multiple times at trial, deposition and arbitration in matters involving real property, title insurance and escrow.
